  11. PageMaker - to run text around the edges of a graphic - always use PageMaker's Place command.  The Place command gives the graphic a transparent background while graphics brought into PageMaker via the Clipboard with a DA (scrapbook) will give the graphic an opaque background.  This opaque background will get in the way of whatever is close to the graphic.
